Sammi Awuku recalled that under the NDC, the NPP party office was invaded by hooligans allegedly aligned to the NDC with National security accreditation which turned out fake. Sammi Awuku revealed that the incident prompted the NPP to defend themselves with the Invisble, Delta Forces groups, warning that he will resist any attempt to disown them. “We have been trying to transform the Delta Forces and other groups to be a positive influence on the party and the government” he said. As National Organizer, I need them to prosecute 2020 and won’t allow anyone to disown them. It will be disingenuous for me to say I don’t know them.” Sammi Awuku explained.
