According to him, such claims are only made by the Danquah-Busia-Dombo tradition for convenience and mischievous political purposes. Mr Amissah-Arthur also said the NDC has been consistent with the infrastructural development of the country in the years that they have been in government. Giving highlights of the manifesto, President Mahama said the NDC will introduce a new deputy ministerial role which will pay peculiar attention to technical education if they retain the presidency come December 7. He noted that about 30 out of his promised 200 secondary schools will be allotted for technical education at the secondary level.
