For Christians, Christmas is a great celebration of God’s love. At Christmas, God, in his love, draws close to share in our suffering. On this isolated Christmas, Christians likely appreciate more profoundly the greatness of that love. For those who bring the daily news, chronicling that vale of tears, it has been a difficult year. At Christmas, Christians celebrate the belief that we do not have to bear it alone.
