NOTICE OF RULEMAKINGPACIFIC ACE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTA public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Pacific Ace Community Development District (“District”) on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, 2200 E. Highway 50, Clermont, Florida 34711. The purpose and effect of the Parking Rule is to provide for efficient District operations as provided for in Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Prior Notice of Rule Development was published in The Village Daily Sun on October 21, 2024. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for the public to address the rules for overnight parking and parking enforcement. The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the hearing.
