The head of the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah said that precariousness of the security situation in the country would lead to the loss of 95% of the Libyan oil production. Sanallah's remarks came during a press talk in Jeddah ahead of the Joint Ministerial Control Committee meeting for oil producers from OPEC and outside, according to Reuters.
