According to an internal memo seen by TUKO.co.ke, the company explained that this was being done with the objective of transforming Nation Media into a 21st century digital content company embracing a digital first business model. The excersise will be carried out with respect to our employees and within the Kenyan laws,” stated the memo. QTV will also be affected and merged with NTV.
