THE gubernatorial candidate of the National Interest Party (NIP) in Oyo State, Mrs Bolanle Sarumi-Aliyu, has promised to give hope to the people of Oyo State if elected in the March 2 gubernatorial election. Sarumi-Aliyu said if elected as the next governor of Oyo State, she would give hope to all residents in the state through people-oriented programmes and policies that will banish poverty and hopelessness in the state. While lamenting the rate of unemployment among youths in the state, the NIP gubernatorial candidate promised to create more jobs and solve electricity problem in the state. On internal security of the state, she promised to engage Odua Peoples Congress (OPC) members. She said the manifesto of her party focuses on free healthcare, education and skills acquisition, all-inclusive government, revolution of agriculture and transformed internal security strategy.
