The Rawalpindi district administration has decided to block national identity cards (NICs) and passports of all wanted suspects in the district. Moreover, the NICs and passports of all convicted criminals would be blocked by the administration on the recommendation of the district police and judiciary. The preparations in this regard have been started, officials said. In the second phase, the officials said that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Anti-Corruption Department would prepare these lists as well.
