New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday announced a Rs 10 lakh cash reward for Khalistani supporter Kashmir Singh Galvaddi alias Balbir Singh. Kashmir Singh, a resident of Ludhiana, Punjab, is a fugitive. It has been appealed that if anyone has information about Kashmir Singh, They can reach out. In 2016, Palwinder Pinda, Kashmir Singh and Harminder Singh Mintoo of the Khalistan Commando Force attacked the Nabha High-Security Jail. But Kashmir Singh is still out of reach of NIA.
