National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Marcelino Escalada Jr. will temporarily assume the functions of dismissed Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Secretary-General Falconi Millar, Malacañang said on Monday night. “In the meantime he [Escalada] will perform [the] functions of [HUDCC] Sec-Gen in addition to his primary duties as NHA GM,“ the Office of Executive Secretary told Palace reporters in a text message.
