There are some people who think we are in denial when we say Jubilee did well in Kiambaa by-elections. The reality is that no one from outside Jubilee was competing in Kiambaa. What we had was a faction that’s leading a rebellion against the party and the party leader, campaigning against a faction that’s loyal to Jubilee and President Uhuru Kenyatta. In Kiambaa parliamentary contest, the faction that is in rebellion won against the faction that is loyal by 510 votes. Now the war within Jubilee Party will escalate.
