The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) received 159 stranded Nigerians from Libya at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on Wednesday. Farinloye said the stranded Nigerians arrived at the cargo wing of Murtala Muhammed International Airport around 7:10 p.m. with Al Buraq airlines with registration number 5A-DMG. He said that upon his arrival, the CEO exhorted Nigerians to adopt a positive attitude towards life’s challenges. “Nigeria is well endowed much more than most of the countries that young Nigerians travel to in search of greener pastures that are no longer there,” he said. The returnees were received by NEMA, along with other sister agencies such as: Immigration Service, Refugee Commission, FAAN and the Nigerian Police.
