The suicide of Dalit girl Anitha, who fought against NEET exams, have sent shockwaves across Tamil Nadu. Tamil superstars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have expressed grief over the incident. DMK leader MK Stalin blamed the Tamil Nadu and the Modi government for the teenager's suicide. In wake of protests, security has been beefed outside BJP Tamil Nadu office and residence of advocate Nalini Chidambaram.
