General News of Thursday, 28 March 2019Source: ghananewsagency.orgNDC pays courtesy call on Moderator of Presbyterian ChurchSamuel Ofosu-Ampofo, National Chairman, NDCThe leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on Reverend Professor Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante, the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG), to congratulate him for assuming the highest office of the Church. The delegation, led by Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, the National Chairman of the NDC, wished the Moderator well in his new role. The delegation also discussed with the Moderator some of the contemporary political challenges Ghana was facing. Mr Ofosu-Ampofo told the media that the NDC was ready to contribute its quota towards finding lasting solutions to vigilantism. Dr Samuel Ayete-Nyampong, the Clerk of General Assembly of the PCG, and other officials of the Church.
