The NDC however indicated that, it has more important issues to think of and are not interested in fueling the feud between the NPP and the Asantehene. The Ashanti regional General Secretary of the NPP Sam Pyne on Friday accused the NDC of fueling the rift between the revered Monarch of the Asante Kingdom and the party. But former Presidential Staffer and Member of Parliament for Builsa South Clement Apaak has warned the NPP not to link the party to the ongoing fracas between them and the Asantehene. “We did not cause them to kneel down to apologise to the King…that is not in our interest,” Dr. Apaak said
