Peralta said they will file a qualified theft case against Delos Santos, former officer at the District Headquarters Support Unit (DHSU), for availing electricity without paying for it. To recall, the members of NCRPO, including Sinas, trooped to the home of Delos Santos, which is part of the RDSU camp of the Metro Manila police. The NCRPO said Delos Santos should be evicted from the compound as he had already retired from the police service.
