Prior to the start of the second round of the country’s premier first-class tournament of the country Thursday, the participating teams were requested to play at least one leggie in their playing XI. However, Dhaka and Rangpur did not do so during their match at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong, thus incurring the wrath of the BCB boss.
