Share Tweet By: Jonathan HicapThe Philippines held a dance exchange recently to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the ASEAN-Korea Cultural Exchange. The dance exchange was held to break new grounds for mutual understanding and respect between different cultures. The event ended with ASEAN country performers dancing to the popular Filipino folk dance “tinikling.” Macuja-Elizalde also entered the stage waving and dancing together with the whole ASEAN-Korea Dance Exchange Crew.
