Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre2nd has ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to join the investigation in the killing of an inmate inside the maximum security compound of New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City. In Department Order 471 issued on Tuesday, Aguirre directed NBI Director Dante A. Gierran to lead the investigation on the stabbing incident.
