The loss of Mike Conley Jr. has been a disaster for the Memphis Grizzlies, as expected, and could lead to a trade of three-time All-Star center Marc Gasol. Gasol added: “Obviously, it’s a situation I’m not used to, and I don’t want to get used to – ever. Gasol won’t be easy to deal, starting with his $10 million trade kicker. He’s also in the middle of a five-year, $100-million deal that pays him $22.6 million this season, $24.1 million next season and $25.6 million in 2019-20, with the final season at his option.
