The Nigeria Bar Association, (NBA), Owerri branch in Imo State, has set up a Bar Centre to collate the names of innocent people of Imo State who are unjustly arrested and detained by the Nigeria Police. This is sequel to the meeting with the Commissioner of Police and the Security Adviser to the Governor held, on Thursday in Owerri. According to him, the approach is dictated by the precarious security situation in Imo State at the moment which has the semblance of a war situation.
