The NBA released its lists of contestants in the three contests held the night before its All-Star Game, and the inclusion of Aaron Gordon left fans excited about what he might try to pull off on Feb. 18. Robinson, the son of the former NBA star, has shown some athleticism in his three seasons, while Jones is very much the wild card. All-Star Saturday Night, as the NBA calls it, also features a three-point shooting contest and a skills competition. The Wizards’ Otto Porter Jr. was not included in the field, despite leading the NBA in three-point percentage at .462 (entering Thursday’s games).
