NAYMOTE, Partners for Democratic Development, a local NGO today launched “Liberia Decides” a non partisan social media platform intended to promote young people and marginalized groups’ participation and voices in Liberia’s electoral process. The Acting Country Director of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Mr. Cleophas Torori officially launched the ‘Liberia Decides’ lauding the effort of the management team of NAYMOTE, for establishing such platform, noting that the launch of “Liberia Decides” is in the right decision for the people of Liberia as the 2017 elections draw closer. Since Liberia Decides social media platforms was created on January 3, 2017, the institution been having a nice time engaging and educating Liberian citizens about the electoral process. Through “Liberia Decides” Facebook page, the institution have attained 344 likes, reached 11,941 persons through posts and 3,702 persons through video documentaries and currently 1.2K viewing the page regularly.
