The one-day intensive exercise, facilitated by Smart Consortium, was designed to deepen the leadership’s understanding of strategic planning and align individual departmental efforts with the overall success of the National Archives. He emphasized that a robust strategic management framework is essential for translating the CNDRA’s mission, vision, and core values into actionable, comprehensive objectives. “This training is a critical baseline for our Programs, Planning, and Projects team, as well as our Monitoring and Evaluation staff,” Borbor noted. He further recommended that the agency continue to provide similar professional development opportunities to ensure a sustained improvement in staff capacity and service delivery.
