NASA moves to cripple Uhuru, IEBC with last secret blow

Lawyers say they will use legal means to achieve the coalition's goalsThe National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders have said they have a ‘secret weapon’ which they will use against President Uhuru Kenyatta ahead of the repeat polls set for October 17. Siaya Senator James Orengo who was Nasa’s lead counsel in the Supreme Court petition, went on to say that unless their demands are met before the polls, Nasa doesn’t have a choice but opt for other alternatives. He reiterated that the IEBC must conduct a clean election which Jubilee should not be allowed to interfere with. Rarieda MP Otiende Omollo, another key lawyer for Nasa, echoed his learned friend’s sentiments saying they will not take part in repeat elections with the IEBC as currently constituted. Nasa has named the individuals it wants kicked out of the poll body saying they committed grave malpractices leading to the nullification of the August exercise.
