The Jubilee coalition has vowed to form parliamentary committees next week without NASA legislators if they fail to submit names of their members. Magaya told The Star that they are dealing with serious issues on Kenya's top leadership so the House leadership list was not top on their agenda. He, however, expressed optimism that they will submit the list to Parliament before the proposed date once the co-principals meet and agree. The lawmaker argued that Jubilee Party members are capable of raising the requisite quorum for committees to discharge their work without their NASA colleagues.
