NASA is banking on the more than 200 poll petitions filed in courts to boost its numerical strength in the Jubilee dominated bicameral Parliament. The law requires candidates dissatisfied with the outcome to file petitions within 28 days after declaration of results. The opposition has zeroed in on seats won by Jubilee in NASA strongholds and battlegrounds. On Monday, Uhuru warned that Jubilee Party would impeach Raila within 90 days, if the opposition leader wins on October 17. Raila has pointed out the high number of poll petitions clearly shows people's will was subverted through electronic manipulation of results.
