Speaking at the Nyeri Governor’s office, NACADA boss Victor Okioma issued the former 2NK Sacco employee with a certificate and described his actions as exemplary, The Nation reported. The NACADA boss also noted that it was unfair that the driver was condemned instead of being praised after the incident.
