The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) summoned former federal minister Akram Durrani over assests beyond means case at its Rawalpindi office on April 11. Durrani served as the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2002 to 2007. He served as federal minister for housing and works, in the Shahid Khaqan Abbasi cabinet from August 2017 to May 2018. According to the NAB, complaint against Akram Durrani is in inquiry process. Last year, NAB Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal ordered an inquiry against former federal minister over misuse of power and illegal allotment of plots.
