NAB had filed a reference against Mufti Ehsanul Haq in the Modarba scam in an accountability court of Islamabad. The accountability court had awarded Ehsan ten years imprisonment and Rs9 billion fine. Likewise, NAB had also filed another corruption reference in accountability court against Ghulam Rasool Ayubi in the same scam.
