NAB prepares questionnaire for Shehbaz in illegal assets case

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has prepared a questionnaire to be given to Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif in a case pertaining to accumulation of illegal assets, as the former Punjab chief minister and his son Hamza decided to appear before an accountability court on Tuesday (today). The accountability court will take up the Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme and Ramzan sugar mills cases today. The NAB is also likely to question Shehbaz over his banking transactions in the recent years and his foreign bank accounts. The NAB had arrested two individuals Qayyum and Dad on April 6, for facilitating the Sharif family, particularly Shehbaz Sharif, his sons Hamza and Suleman Shehbaz, over money laundering charges. The duo was then produced in a Lahore accountability court, which allowed NAB to take them into custody for 15 days to further investigate into the alleged scam.
