The prosecutor maintained that the inquiry against the petitioner had been converted into an investigation and requested time to submit a report on the progress of the investigation. The bench members granted two months to the NAB authorities to complete the investigation against the petitioner. It directed them to submit a progress report in this regard by June 21.
