IHC had issued the final summons for the appearance of Nawaz through a newspaper advertisement in the Al-Azizia reference. “Keeping in view these reports, the NAB Rawalpindi has written a letter to the FIA director-general asking to include the name of Nawaz Sharif in the FIA’s stop list,” the source said. According to the source, the letter said that the newspaper advertisements to summon Nawaz Sharif should be placed with the immigration system and his name may be put into the stop list. “The Lahore Police has been asked to arrest Nawaz if he lands in Lahore so as he could be produced in the IHC,” the source said. The NAB letter further directed Lahore police to post the advertisement at Nawaz’s Raiwind House too.
