At least Rs550 millio­n were embezz­led during former DPO's tenure­LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has arrested a former district police officer (DPO), Kamran Mumtaz, over embezzlement in Gujrat police fund. The accused had served as DPO Gujrat from 2015-2016. NAB summoned him for the investigations into the case. NAB had approved investigations of the case from inquiry stage in NAB Lahore Board meeting. Earlier, a team of NAB Lahore had arrested Rai Ejaz from Karachi.
