MANILA/TAIPEI - North Korea's top diplomat said Pyongyang will only train its rockets on other countries if these participate in the U.S. military action against North Korea. Reporters covering the Asean foreign ministers' meetings in Manila waited for the North Korean foreign affairs minister Ri Yong-ho at the New World Manila Bay Hotel. Ri said Pyongyang will only train its rockets on other countries if these participate in the U.S. military action against North Korea. While Taiwan has not participated in U.S. military action outside arm deals, it expressed its support of the U.S.-led sanctions. "We have no intention to use nuclear weapons or threaten with nuclear weapons against any other country except the U.S., unless it joins military action of the US against the DPRK," Ri said.
