A mysterious package of seeds with a Zambian postal address were delivered to a West Auckland woman who says she never ordered them. A spokesman for Biosecurity New Zealand said the seeds were seized at the border by biosecurity officials, but the species of seeds had not been identified. “Biosecurity NZ has strong border controls to identify seeds that could bring unwanted pests and diseases into the country.
