A listing on rightmove proclaims the house is up for £1,750,000 but gives very little detail other than that. It's been posted as a 'discreet listing' and it doesn't have any photos of the home or provide any information about its location. The map accompanying the listing only provides people with an 'approximate' location to the south of a village called Waltham on the Wolds. The company have other expensive properties up for sale in Rutland and the north and east of Leicestershire.
