Authorities in Florida said Tuesday night that they have arrested the man responsible for a string of mysterious killings that left four people dead and shook frightened Tampa residents to their core. Around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Tampa officials gathered reporters at a news conference to announce the arrest.
