Authorities in Florida said Tuesday night that they have arrested the man responsible for a string of mysterious killings that left four people dead and shook frightened Tampa residents to their core. Around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Tampa officials gathered reporters at a news conference to announce the arrest. Benjamin Mitchell, an aspiring musician and community college student, was shot while standing at a bus stop on Oct. 9. “In the battle between darkness and light, light has won,” said Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn.
