The Mymensingh Additional Sessions Judge’s Court announced the verdict on Tuesday. The death row convicts are Akbar Ali, 40, Akram Hossain, 35, and Tanvir Hassan Anis, 32. On Aug 30, 2011 the suspects hacked 13-year-old Sujon, also known as Cheton Pandit, to death over the sale of a mobile phone, according to case details. The next day Sujon’s father Khokon Pandit filed a case over the murder, accusing the three people. The court indicted the three on Mar 3, 2012 after an investigation report was submitted.
