Discovering “rejection therapy” I don’t think “doom scrolling” had been popularized at this time yet, but that’s what I was doing one day when I came across a couple of articles on “rejection therapy.” The general concept is to minimize the fear of rejection by having the experience of hearing “no” as much as possible.
