Bail pleas rejectedMeanwhile, a Sessions court on Monday reserved order on the bail application of AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal in the assault case. The MLA has sought bail from the Sessions court following the rejection of his previous bail application by Ms. Tandon. The Magistrate had also rejected the bail application of Mr. Khan. In his application, Mr. Jarwal said that he apprehended that the call detail records might be tampered with.
