One problem is that Sales Administration is focused on forecasting, sales territory management, sales commissions and sales reporting. The other problem is that there's a new manager in Sales Administration and she's very insecure. This is her first time working in Sales Administration and she doesn't know anything about order processing, configuration or scheduling. I have so little confidence in Carla's management judgment that I don't even know whether she was authorized to give me a final warning or not. The simpler and more important message is "My role should report in to Operations or another department, not Sales Administration."
