And with the first tournament set for Northern Kenya Polo Club in Timau on May 26-28, handicap -0.5 Mike Mwirigi is not taking chances with his preparations. “We have taken our ponies through a number of exercises and matches that’s aimed at preparing us for the new season,” Mwirigi told Standard Sports. He said he looks to a good season and hoped to win more trophies besides the fun that goes with the sport.
