A group of Mwingi youths have called for Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to be named the NASA flagbearer. Speaking at Mwingi town on Sunday, the youths said Kalonzo is the only candidate among the NASA co-principals who can defeat Jubilee. Mwingi Youth Group spokesperson Francis Muthengi also warned politicians against buying alcohol for youths and using them to cause chaos during party nominations and the August 8 General Election. “We as Mwingi youths have endorsed Governor Julius Malombe as our candidate for governor because he is the only leader who has transformed Kitui county. The rest are just there to make sure Malombe doesn’t win unopposed,” Muthengi said.
