Activist Caroline Mwatha's parents were overcome with grief during a memorial service for their daughter at Uhuru Park's Freedom Corner yesterday. The memorial service was organised by human rights defenders and attended by former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, politicians Martha Karua, Esther Passaris and Kenya Human Rights Commission executive director George Kegoro. Kegoro said "Mwatha was killed." The service was attended by former chief justice Willy Mutunga, politicians Martha Karua,Nairobi woman representative Esther passaris. Others were human and other human Rights players including George Kegoro who is the executive director of Kenya human rights commission, family and friends.
