Machakos governor Alfred Mutua has commiserated with the family of the late Eliud Ngala Mwendwa who died on Wednesday last week. The late Mwendwa was the first member to represent Kitui in the Legislative Council (LegCo) in 1963. In a post published on Mutua's official Facebook page, he described the late Mwendwa as a "great man who was loved by many". Prayers during this difficult time of grieve and ask God to give them strength to bear the great loss," he posted.
