Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has sent a message to retired President Uhuru Kenyatta on how to handle rebel Jubilee party members. In a statement on Saturday, Ngunyi said Uhuru should enforce section 14 of the Political Parties Act on the rebel Jubilee MPs and party members. Any MP who promotes the Agenda of another party is deemed to have resigned (Constitution & Political Parties Act). Enforce this constitutional mandate at the Jubilee Party NDC. The party was set to meet to review, formulate and approve Jubilee party policies.
