The cleric is accused of working in cahoots with the girl’s parents. Lamu Commissioner Irungu Macharia confirmed the incident and said the cleric and the girl’s parents will be arrested. Mr Macharia urged parents to inculcate the culture of education in their children in order to fight biting poverty in Lamu.
