President Museveni has hailed security forces for having brutally arrested anti-corruption protesters whom he says had been infiltrated by “bad elements”. Without revealing who they are he also is anonymous about what “bad things” they supposedly intended to do. "I want to congratulate the Armed Forces and the Security Forces and the Wanainchi, for foiling or not participating in the bad demonstration that was planned for Tuesday. The second element was that some of the authors and participants of the demonstrations were planning very bad things against the people of Uganda." This brings the total of remanded Anti-corruption protestors to 94.
