In a notice issued on Thursday, the Archeology Department however said that the official work of the department would continue. The Covid-19 pandemic has claimed one Bangladeshi life and more than 8,900 globally. Three new Covid-19 cases — one woman and two men— have been confirmed in Bangladesh, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 17. Of the total 17 patients, three were earlier released upon recovery while one died on Wednesday. Around 219,351 have been infected by Covid-19 worldwide while 85,749 people have recovered from it.
